What do I need to run Promote? +
A modern browser. No install, no app store. Promote runs in the tab. Tested on recent Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox.
Where does my data live? +
Your account, games, and analysis sync to Promote's cloud so you can pick up on any device. You can export everything as a single ZIP, or delete your account and have it all purged within 24 hours.
Will my rating actually go up? +
We hope so, but we're not promising it. Promote makes your weaknesses visible and trainable. The work is still yours.
How do I sign in? +
Passkeys. One tap with Touch ID, Face ID, or your security key. No passwords to remember. We ask for your email at sign-up so we can reach you for account recovery, billing receipts, and support replies. We strongly recommend adding a second passkey on a different device for recovery.
How does pricing work? +
$28 gets you a year of Promote plus $10 of AI credits. Renews at $18/year. Top up credits as needed when you talk to the coach or analyze new games. You only pay for AI when you actually use it.
What happens if I cancel? +
You keep your account and your data. AI features pause until you renew.
